One PlayGround Gala

On Monday, September 19, PlayGround will host its annual fundraising gala, celebrating the national scope of PlayGround’s programming in the Bay Area, Los Angeles, New York City and now Chicago. With the newest addition of PlayGround-Chicago in 2022, PlayGround now produces 4 unique Monday Night PlayGrounds, the signature short play program which has run successfully in the Bay Area for almost 30 years, with writers pools in 4 major theatre hubs. The One PlayGround Gala will bring together Bay Area, Los Angeles, New York and Chicago PlayGround companies to celebrate PlayGround’s national presence, as we continue to expand and create even more opportunities for working artists across the country. This year’s Gala will be a hybrid online and in-person event, with gatherings large and small in the Bay Area, Los Angeles, New York, Chicago and throughout the country, all connected via Zoom and featuring live performances, testimonials, and a 4-course gourmet meal. All proceeds support PlayGround's national programming. Individual tickets are $250. Host Tickets are $500 and Host Tables of 8 are $4,000 and include the opportunity to host your favorite PlayGround playwright(s).
